2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized garments.

  • Items purchased during a final clearance sale.

  • Intimate apparel or accessories unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong size was shipped. If you need to exchange an item for a replacement, please reach out to our support team immediately.

5. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Standard shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if facilitated by us) will be deducted from your refund.
